For our non-golfing and non-boating owners who love to shop till you drop, we can direct you to many beautiful antique shops all around the Lake Conroe area. We even have your old fashion auctions on Friday and Saturday night!
For the bargain hunters, you will want to go into Conroe (about 15 miles) where we have a Discount Outlet Center.
For the arts and crafts shopper, there is ‘Old Town Spring’ which is a must see. No matter what kind of shopper you are, you’ll love Old Town Spring located in Spring Texas within 25 minutes from the resort.
We even have a mall for those of you having the department store withdrawals. Travel time to The Woodlands mall is about 15 to 20 minutes from the resort.
- If you would like to venture further for an exciting day trip, you could do any of the following:
- Houston Space Center, about 2 hours drive.
- Houston Museum of Natural Science, Planetarium, 1 hours drive.
- Houston Zoo, 1 hours drive.
- Splashtown (water park), about 45 minutes drive.
- Galveston Island, about 2.2 hours away.
